Refund policy

Returns

Please be reminded that our items are all considered to be "pre-owned", regardless if they have been opened or not.  In many cases the history of an item is unknown, and it may have exchanged through many hands before ending up here, therefore there may be defects unknown to us.  If you receive an item that has a defect or is not in working order you may return it for a refund. 

You may return your item within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, only the cost of the item will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
